I really want to spend many weeks in northern Germany and the Netherlands! I loved Prague (wouldn't mind seeing more of Czechia), the Saxony region of Germany and Berlin, I want to get up to Hamburg and the NW region.

Are you working on converting the remaining 25% of you into cheese? ;-)
